We are seeking licensed therapists (LGPC, LCPC, LMFT, LMSW, LCSW-C) to help build our team. We are currently looking to fill both part time & full time positions. Our position is a fee-for-service position with flexible hours, CEU reimbursement, supervision, and an opportunity for growth.

Responsibilities:

• Assess nature of clients’ situations by interviewing and reviewing personal history
• Develop and execute individual treatment plans
• Determine appropriate milestones to gauge client progress
• Communicate client updates to all relevant parties
• Facilitate referrals as needed to other healthcare professionals and programs
• Maintain accurate client documentation
• Meet monthly clinical and administrative support with the team

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in social work, counseling, marriage & family, or other related fields
• EMDR Trained or Certified
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong leadership qualities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Part-time

• Pay: $55.00 – $75.00 per hour
• Flexible schedule
• Monday to Friday (Weekend availability)

License/Certification:
